Return to Renton Car Show

The 22nd Annual Return to Renton Cruise-In Benefit Car, Truck and Motorcycle Show has been scheduled for Sunday, July 8th, 2012. Join us in downtown Renton at the Piazza Park located at South 3rd Street and Burnett Avenue South.

Registration begins at 8:00 am
 
Show and Entertainment from 10:00 am - 3:00 pm.
 
Trophy Presentation and Cruise-In at 3:00 pm
 
Judging begins at 11:00 am

Return to Renton Car Show Missions:

• Raise funds for Renton Police Department Youth Programs
• Promote the Community of Renton
• Create a forum for owners to display their vehicles for the enjoyment of the community
• Celebrate Renton’s history of affection for automobiles

History
In 1991, local classic car enthusiasts Ben and Nancy Remak recognized the need for a local car show. They had a soft spot for youth, and organized a show that would benefit youth programs provided by the Renton Police Department. The First Annual Return to Renton Car Show and Cruise-In was hosted at the Renton Holiday Inn, and was a resounding success. With the support of local businesses such as Les Schwab Tires and B&B Auto Parts, the Return to Renton Car Show and Cruise-In has celebrated 19 successful years. The event has evolved to include trucks, motorcycles, vendors and entertainment. The Renton Chamber of Commerce and the Piazza Renton Organization assist with the production of the show, which is supported by local businesses, organizations and area residents.
