Sales & Account Manager / Tattoo Niche
AssetLab is a digital marketing agency helping local businesses grow sales through online marketing. In this role you will focus on building relationships and growing sales in the Tattoo industry. This is a remote position and you must be fantastic on the phone and in zoom meetings.
Experience
- Tattoo industry experience requried, collectors or artist-spouces welcome
- Sales experience is required, B2B services sales experience preferred
- You must be stellar on the phone and on Zoom and have zero phone hesitation

Work Listing
- Spends the majority of time on warm and cold prospecting via calls and sales meetings
- Grows relationships with suppliers, partners, and influencers in the industry
- Monitors a specific list of Facebook Groups for service requests
- Respond to inbound leads as assigned
- Effectively qualify and disqualify leads and opportunities with a systematic process
- Establishes the value of the service for the lead
- Identifies and works with decision makers
- Guide leads through the decision making and purchase process
- Send contracts for signature or direct clients to online purchasing channels
- Enter and update information about prospects and opportunities in the company CRM
- Collaborate with Manager to consistently improve how the Sales team delivers
- Helps route customer service requests to the correct team member
- Checks in with existing customers to identify any changes or needs they have and how we can meet them
- Occasional travel to industry events to represent the company, build relationships, and generate in-person sales
Your Responsibilities Will Be
- Prospecting & Calling warm contacts (20%)
- Prospecting & Cold Calling cold contacts (30%)
- Relationship Building (20%)
- Zoom sales meetings: 3 per day
- Closing deals
- Meeting monthly sales quotas
- Developing qualified leads
- Data entry and updates in our CRM
- Supporting existing customer service requests
- Meeting with existing customers in account management context
- A reliable internet connection
Skills/Qualifications
- English level - fluent
- Minimum 1 years outside sales experience
- B2B sales experience
- Account Management experience
- High school diploma
- Zero hesitation to calling, zoom meetings, and recording videos for clients
- Goal-driven and self-motivated
Info
- Base Pay: $36,000 to 50,000
- Total compensation up to $150,000+ per year, no commission limit
- Benefits: Work from home, expense reimbursement, travel reimbursement
- Typical schedule: Monday to Thursday USA business hours, flexible schedule
- Work Location: Washington State, remote. Occasional travel within the USA, 1 or 2 trips per year.
