For over 100 years, St Vincent de Paul of Seattle-King County (SVdP) has provided critical aid to impoverished, under-served, and vulnerable populations throughout the Puget Sound region. We stay with families long-term to help them find solutions, especially those who face disproportionate socio-economic challenges like unemployment or under-employment, access to health services or basic education, stable and safe housing, language barriers, and more.
Our Crisis Helpline receives nearly 40,000 requests for help each year, providing immediate relief to neighbors experiencing difficult life circumstances, connecting them with over 900 Vincentian volunteers on 48 neighborhood-based outreach teams across King County.
The Georgetown Food Bank welcomes everyone, offering food, medical care evals, access to case workers. We strive to nourish and uplift our neighbors in need by providing access to essential food supplies, basic necessities, comprehensive case management, and a network of community resources.
Case Management conduct needs assessments, provide critical systems navigation, and walk with families until they reach stability, helping them build the skills they need to navigate future challenges independently.
Centro Rendu fosters resilience and wellbeing in the Latino immigrant community by providing equitable access to opportunities like quality education, employment and career advancement, family and early childhood supports, and youth advocacy.
