Learn how to perfect your skills in the kitchen at these courses at Renton Technical College that are open to the public. Tiago Freitas joined the Culinary Arts team at RTC with a wealth of knowledge and experience. As a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America, he enjoys sharing his skills of culinary methodologies and techniques in a student engaged learning environment. Bring an apron, and Chef Tiago will open your kitchens to a new set of culinary treats and menu options.
