Sunset over a calm lake with a wooden pier, surrounded by trees with autumn foliage and a gazebo on the right. Sunlight filters through leaves, creating a serene atmosphere.

Ron Regis Park covers 45 acres and is located along the Maple Valley Highway, immediately east of the Maplewood Golf Course.

The park is named for Ron Regis, a city park board member for over 35 years. The property was conveyed by King County to the City of Renton in 1987, along with portions of what is now the Maplewood Golf Course.

The city develops, maintains, and operates the sports fields and passive areas, including trails. The city also permanently preserves public access to the Cedar River for fishing, hiking, and other water related activities.
