2023 Recycling Events

Dates: May 13, June 10, Sept. 9
Time: 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Location: Renton Technical College, North Parking Lot NE 6th Place & Monroe Ave. NE

During Sept. 9 event, details on the specific materials accepted at this event are below:

STYROFOAM

• Styrofoam peanuts and bubble wrap
• Bagged packing peanuts accepted
• Clean white block Styrofoam
  • Look for #6 or EPS inside the recycle symbol

• Bring up to 5 Boxes (banker box size 12”x15”x10”) or equivalent in bags.
  • Paper, blueprints, mail, photographs, and file folders accepted
  • No need to remove staples, paper clips, or rubber bands
• NO binders, plastics or discs
• NO ID badges or driver’s licenses
• NO cardboard or hardcover books

• Food donations will be collected at each event. Help our Renton neighbors affected by the pandemic by bringing non-perishable food to the food bank.
