HONORING OUR VETERANS GOLF TOURNAMENT
Monday, Sept 30th, 2024 from 8am - 4pm
Located at Maplewood Greens in Renton
Join us for the fourth annual Honoring Our Veterans Golf Tournament! This event is a tribute to our veteran community, bringing together neighbors, businesses, and organizations for a day of celebration and camaraderie. It's a fantastic opportunity to network, participate in contests, and show appreciation for those who have served in the armed forces. Registration includes greens fee, cart, small bucket for range, 2 drink tickets, and 1 food voucher per player.

PLAY INDIVIDUALLY OR IN A GROUP
Ask your colleagues or fellow chamber members to join you for a day on the course. Groups of four will play together. Individual players will be matched with other golfers to create a foursome for the day. It's a great opportunity to network and meet new people!
PARTNERING WITH OUR VETS
Make a meaningful impact by sponsoring a veteran, or a veteran foursome! This allows them to enjoy all the festivities and a day of golf. Includes name recognition on the Chamber website and promo materials, thanking you for supporting a veteran.

PRESENTING PARTNER: $5,000A Presenting Partner will receive:
- Foursome to golf in the tournament
- Sponsor a Veteran foursome to golf in the tournament
- Hole 1 table at the tee box for games, giveaways, and promotional materials
- Logo recognition on HOV’s Event Banner and all promotional materials as presenting partner.
- Presenting partner banner at check-in, separate table for face-to-face engagement at check-in with golfers.
- Opportunity to address golfers at end of the tournament during the awards celebration.
- Opportunity to put Items in swag bags (qty 112)

TURN PARTNER: $2,500A Turn Partner will receive:
- Foursome to golf in Tournament
- Table after 9th green for games, giveaways and promotional materials
- Each golfer gets 1 food ticket to use at the turn with your logo on each ticket.
- Banner above food window after 9th green.
- Logo recognition on HOV’s Event Banner and all promotional materials as Turn partner.
- Opportunity to put Items in swag bags (qty 112)

BEVERAGE CART PARTNER: $2,000A Beverage Cart Partner will receive:
- Banner on the side of the cart, which will be on the course for the duration of the tournament.
- Each golfer receives 2 drink tickets with your branding on behalf of your company.
- Logo recognition on HOV’s Event Banner and all promotional materials as Beverage Cart partner.
- Opportunity to put Items in swag bags (qty 112)

PUTTING CONTEST PARTNER: $750A Putting Contest Partner will receive:
- Name recognition on website and day of promotional materials thanking you for supporting our veterans
- Signage at putting green
- Table at putting green for games, giveaways and/or promotional materials
- Opportunity to put items in swag bags for golfers (qty. 112)

HOLE PARTNER: $450A Hole Sponsor will receive:
- Opportunity to Table at Hole on Golf Course (must have interactive activity for the golfers to engage with)
- Sponsorship of Veteran Resource Organization, to also table at hole on course (e.g., VFW, American Legion)
- Billing, logo recognition (on all promotional materials, including print, and event signage)
- Swag bag material inclusion (112 units)

GOLF BALL PARTNER: $400A Golf Ball Partner will receive:
- Name recognition on website and day of promotional materials thanking you for supporting our veterans
- Sponsor provides a sleeve of logo balls for all golfers (qty. 112 sleeves)
- Opportunity to put items in swag bags for golfers (qty. 112)

CLOSEST TO THE PIN PARTNER: $350A Closest to the Pin Partner will receive:
- Name recognition on website and day of promotional materials thanking you for supporting our veterans
- Table at hole green for games, giveaways or promotional materials

- Prizes value should be $100 each or more
